Lab-grown diamonds are chemically, physically and optically identical to mined diamonds. Same hardness, same brilliance, same IGI certification. The only difference is origin — and price.

Every diamond we source carries an IGI certificate — independent verification of cut, colour, clarity and carat. You see exactly what you're getting before we set it.
Directly sourced
We buy directly from our cutting and manufacturing partners. No diamond brokers, no wholesale middlemen. That's how we can offer stones at 50–70% below UK retail.
Understanding your stone
The four things that define a diamond.
Cut
The most important of the four. Cut determines how light moves through the stone — its brilliance, fire, and scintillation. We only source Excellent cut grades.
Colour
Graded D (colourless) to Z (yellow tint). We source D–F for the purest stones, and G–H where budget matters more than absolute colourlessness — both are beautiful.
Clarity
Measures internal inclusions and surface blemishes. FL (flawless) to I (included). We typically source VS1–VVS2 — eye-clean stones with no visible inclusions.
Carat
The weight of the stone, not the size. A well-cut 1ct can appear larger than a poorly-cut 1.2ct. We'll always recommend cut over carat.
The honest answer
Lab-grown or mined?
A lab-grown diamond is a real diamond. It has the same crystal structure, the same optical properties, the same hardness as a mined stone. The IGI certifies both to the same standard.
The difference is origin and price. Lab-grown diamonds trade at roughly 50–70% below mined equivalents of the same grade. For the same budget, you can have a significantly larger or better-graded stone.
